In dieser Zeit habe ich immer versucht, etwas zu tun. <\/i><i>[\u2026]\u00a0<\/i><i>\u00a0Aber ich hatte nie eine zufriedenstellende Idee.\u201c<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So beginnt eine Notiz, die der chinesische K\u00fcnstler Ma Yujiang am fr\u00fchen Morgen des 24. Januar 2014 seiner Frau Njing hinterlie\u00df, bevor er sich zu einem Spaziergang aufmachte, der ihn zu seinem gr\u00f6\u00dften Werk inspirierte.<\/p>\n<p>Ma Yujiang hatte es nicht leicht. Vor wenigen Wochen ist der nach Hong Kong gezogen, konnte sich jedoch nicht an die Stadt anpassen. Auf seinem Spaziergang machte er Fotos, um sich orientieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Dabei fiel ihm einer der Buchstaben auf, den er in seinem Brief verwendet hatte.<\/p>\n<p>Sechs Monate vergingen, in denen er durch Hong Kong streifte und versuchte, die einzelnen Zeichen seines Briefes in der traditionellen Chinesischen Schrift zu finden und abzupausen. \u201eEs war eine sehr intensive Erfahrung\u201c, erz\u00e4hlt der heute 28-J\u00e4hrige auf der ART COLOGNE. \u201eEs gab Zeiten, da habe ich beinahe die Orientierung verloren.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Am Ende fehlte ihm nur ein Zeichen \u2013 von 251 \u2013 und er hatte sich vollends an die Stadt gew\u00f6hnt. Den (zu 99,9% vollst\u00e4ndigen) Brief pr\u00e4sentiert er auf der ART COLOGNE.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_747\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-747\" style=\"width: 632px\"
